We are looking for heat pump installers/service technicians

Servion AS is growing, and we are now looking for two new colleagues to join us on the next stage of our journey. We are looking for you if you want a varied workday and thrive with hands-on work out at customer sites.

As an installer or service technician with us, you will play a key role in delivering heat pump solutions – from installation and commissioning to service, maintenance and follow-up. You will become an important part of a company that places a strong emphasis on quality, structure and great customer experiences.

A varied and independent workday

At Servion, you will work with:

Assembly and installation of heat pumps

Commissioning and functional testing

Service, maintenance and troubleshooting

Documentation and customer contact

The work is largely carried out at customer sites, giving you freedom, responsibility and the opportunity to influence your own workday.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable and solution-oriented. You have technical understanding and enjoy working independently, while also valuing good customer contact.

If you have experience with heat pumps or a background in technical trades such as electrical, ventilation or construction, that is an advantage – but not a requirement. The most important thing is the willingness to learn and contribute.
